Refund Policy

1. The advance payment is required to confirm and reserve your date and services.

2. If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, the advance amount can be adjusted to a future booking or partially refunded.

3. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as materials and bookings have already been arranged.

4. If Dream Event is unable to provide the agreed services on the event date, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued.

5. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
